My Little Eye are an independent, creative production company working in the broadcast and corporate spheres. With a strong track record in cutting music content for TV and major labels, we specialise in editing multicam music performances and have worked on shows for Channel 4, ITV1, Sundance Channel and NBC. On previous projects we’ve worked with a host of high profile artists including The Killers, David Bowie, Green Day, Kings of Leon and David Gilmour.
We’re not just about the music though. We’ve also edited EPKs, showreels, short films, interviews, documentaries, trailers, and cut corporate films for global phone companies, cinema chains, solicitors, charities and education bodies.
In the last few years we’ve also moved into video production, directing music promos and live performances, as well as corporate films for major companies in the mobile phone and gaming industries.
The company is run by director/editor Jon Walton, who has over 10 years worth of experience editing content for the music industry. Having worked his way up from a video QC to senior editor at the world famous Abbey Road Studios, Jon subsequently started out on a freelance career in 2007.
Darren Martin studied Media Production at Guildford college, where he was a student in one of Jon’s editing classes. After going on to study Film Production at UCA Farnham, he started working for MLE as a Junior Editor in 2012.
